Jason is the Lead Pastor of Makers Church Northwest. He is a passionate communicator and a powerful storyteller whose dynamic perspective offers a direct and inspiring honesty that is contagious. Jason has been in ministry for over 25 years and has lead missions in some of the most challenging spaces on the planet, socially and geographically.
Jason is married to his wife Meagan and has four beautiful kids, Dominick, Olivia, Magnolia, and Marigold.
He is completely fascinated by Alligators, values the wisdom of Southern idioms, is a total coffee snob, absolutely loves breaking bread, always shares his food, and keeps the Faith by supporting the San Diego Padres.

Lydia has been involved in ministry in some way or another since she was 16. After Jesus changed her desperate, broken existence into something worth living for, hanging out at his house was all she wanted to do. After earning her degrees in ministry and business management, God led her to a role of serving the servants and helping the helpers at an organizational level.

With a wealth of experience in financial management and a keen eye for precision, Darla plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and transparency of the church’s operations.
Darla’s expertise lies in managing finances, budgeting, and overseeing financial transactions. Her strong analytical skills and attention to detail allow her to effectively track expenses, reconcile accounts, and provide accurate financial reports to the leadership team.
Darla thrives on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering open communication, and promoting teamwork. She understands the importance of collaboration when it comes to achieving financial goals and fostering transparency within the church community making her an invaluable asset to Makers Church NW as she contributes to the church’s financial stability and growth.

Heather Finch is a talented and driven Marketing Director, fueled by her passion for engaging with people, creativity, and aesthetics. With a keen eye for design, Heather brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to her role.
Through her innovative and strategic approach to marketing, Heather has been instrumental in increasing the awareness of Makers Church NW in the local community.
Heather’s passion for engaging with people is reflected in her commitment to creating meaningful connections between the church and individuals. She takes inspiration from hearing the stories and experiences of people within the community and uses this insight to inform her marketing efforts while understanding the value of building trust and a sense of community.
Heather believes in the power of visually enticing design, memorable branding, and a well-crafted message to elicit a positive impact on the church’s growth and development.
Bryce Stark

Bryce is a highly skilled Technical Director for Makers Church NW, bringing with him a passion for all things related to audio, video, lighting, and creating memorable experiences. With his extensive knowledge in these areas, Bryce is dedicated to ensuring that every service and event at Makers Church NW is flawlessly executed, leaving a lasting impact on attendees.
As the tech director, Bryce is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the church’s operations. This includes managing audiovisual equipment, coordinating live streaming services, and ensuring smooth communication during worship gatherings. Bryce’s attention to detail and superb organizational skills enable him to execute seamless productions that engage and amplify the church’s message.
Bryce is also passionate about pouring into the lives of JR High students AND everything camp! Youth camp, winter camp, family camp! Just ask him about it!
